To help schools make informed private healthcare choices and to ensure continued excellence of service.

A Message from Luke Whitehead.

Let me take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to the AQIA website.

Since starting AQIA , the number of schools we arrange cover for has grown to close to fifty. The fundamental reasons for this success can be attributed to the following:

  • Having an unparalleled range of relationships with insurance companies which have a proven track record in the schools sector.
  • Always giving detailed, open, honest advice and appraisals.
  • Residing in a foreign country giving first-hand knowledge of the problems that can be encountered by teachers overseas.
  • And, most importantly, always being happy to help- whether this be chasing up a delayed claim reimbursement for an individual teacher, helping with due diligence for school administrators or even acting as an informational resource for schools that are not customers.

International private healthcare is a field which seems to be becoming increasingly complex year after year, with new providers, new products or modified product structures constantly appearing (and disappearing) in the market place. In light of this, the role of a specialized, dedicated adviser is likely to become increasingly important for schools over the coming years.

No insurance company is as good as it would perhaps claim- or as bad as some of its competitors would have you believe. One thing I can promise you is that we will be there to help to the very best of our abilities so that you can devote as much of your valuable time as possible to school matters rather than insurance headaches.

We are delighted to provide references from schools upon request.

Best wishes,

Luke Whitehead
